If you would like to withdraw from your order, please fill out the following form and submit it.

By submitting the form, you declare your withdrawal. However, this does not yet constitute a confirmation. Please note that further processing will then be carried out by us. We will first check the withdrawal period and get back to you with further information.

Please enter your order number or, if available, your subscription number in the "contract number" field so that we can assign your withdrawal correctly.

If you only want to withdraw from individual items, please specify them as precisely as possible in the "comment" field, for example by item name, item number or variant.

After we receive your withdrawal, we will send you further information about the return.

Please return the goods as undamaged, complete and clean as possible. For simple processing, we recommend waiting for our email with further information.
